In my indigenous project, I think I did really well, and I think I did well because I had capital letters, underlined titles and lots of detail. I can work on remembering how to say the words and putting the pictures in the right spot

 

Hello my name is Jonas today I am going to be talking about sound, sound has lots of types of versions like vibration. Your voice box makes the sound for your voice to speak your voice box when you push air up from your lungs it moves through your voice box which causes your vocal cords to vibrate and that is how you talk.

 

Sound travels a lot because of your voice, the pitch is very important when you talk because if it’s a higher pitch no one can hear you and it hurts other people’s ears. If you have too low of a voice no one can hear you. We did an experiment on how sound travels, the materials you need to do it are a tuning fork, a tub of a yogurt container, plastic wrap, scissors, a rubber band, sand, and water that is what you need to do the experiment.

 

We did an experiment on a kazoo and mine didn’t work, it was sad because other people worked and mine didn’t work for some reason.

 

Pitch has two types low pitch and high pitch is when you scream and it hurts other people’s ears, with low pitch no one can hear you that is pitch.

 

Volume is referring to how loud a sound is, volume is made by decibels a whisper is 30 decibels, a normal voice is 60 decibels and a scream is 120 decibels that are volume. here are some pictures and videos

 

 

 

 

Hi welcome to my blog about light. Let me tell you about the first thing i learned about light, which is natural and artificial light. Natural light is like natural for example the sun and the moon, that is natural light. This is artificial light, for example a light bulb and a flashlight.

 

Now we are going to talk about luminous and non luminous, luminous is basically something emitting light like the sun, and now we are going to talk about non luminous is the sun emitting light onto the moon so the moon is reflecting that light so the moon gives a little bit of the suns light so you can see at night.

 

Now i am going to be talking about light, first light travels in a strait line and we did a project on light it is called the ray of light here are some pictures

Now I will tell you about reflection, ok so reflection is when something emits light onto like a mirror and bounces back. Ok now i am going to talk about refraction, refraction is when it is water and it bends.

 

 

Now I am going to be talking about transparent translucent and opaque. ok transparent is you can fully see through the object, translucent is when only some light will go through  and finally opaque is when nothing will go through like a concrete wall.

On the Weekend I went to my friend Ethan’s house. My parents drove me to his house. It took about 3 minutes. It was a pretty cloudy day. Ethan said he had never had a friend over at his house. I was excited to show him my new shoes.

Then we went outside to play on the lawn and we  practised throwing around a Frisbee. It was fun! Next we went inside to change our shoes and socks because we were going to Mckellar park and I was wearing white shoes and Ethan was wearing crocs. We walked and it took 5 minutes.

We played with a Frisbee and did an obstacle course. In the obstacle course you had to not touch the floor. We pretended the floor was lava. At the end you had to get down the slide without sitting on the slide. It was hard! 

We went home to Ethan’s house and it took 5 minutes then. We had banana bread and played in the basement. We played a game of soccer and it was fun! We went upstairs and went to Ethan’s room then he showed me chess.com and I went home.

 

 

MAIN CHARACTERS 

 

Mr Wonka has a chocolate factory. And he is very rich unlike Charly. 

Charly is VERY poor and his house is crooked he also won the last golden ticket

AuGAUSTAS gLoOp is funny and he is my favorite character because his name is wonky.

Grandma Georgina has not gotten out of this bed for OVER 20 YEARS.

Grandpa Joe is the one that got out of the bed. He was so happy.

Grandpa George has also not gotten out of the bed for 20 years.

Grandma Josephine is the same with all the older people.

 

SETTING

 

The story takes place in a glass elevator that has gone into space and they found the FIRST EVER SPACE HOTEL U.S.A then they got attacked by knids.

 

PLOT 

 

The elevator went into space and found a space hotel and then got attacked by knids and then the elevator turned on lockdown mode so they were safe and then they went back down and found a place called minusland. They went really deep down in a cave they went under 200 thousand feet deep.

 

OPINION

 

I really like the book so far because the elevator went into space and got attacked by monsters

That are called knids.

 

I am 8 years old and I like to play video games with my friends and my brother. my favorite color is orange. My favorite food is sour patch kids. I do not have a pet but my bubby has a puppy and my favorite subject for school is gym but that’s not really a subject. I practice hockey and maybe one day I will be in the NHL but probably won’t my birthday is in 8 days and I’m really excited about it and in 5 days I am going to a hockey game. On November 21 I am renting an ice rink because me and my friend are sharing a birthday. On November 22 I’m going to school and it’s a book fair so I was really happy about that and on November 28 my hockey team is coming to my house to play in this trailer called games to go. December 11 is my friend’s birthday. He is younger than me.
